Raccoon City's Finest Survivors (Resident Evil 2 Remake)

Made this one to commemorate the release and success of the 'Resident Evil 2' remake. I've yet to play it, but seeing how beautifully made and well polished the game is, I feel like Capcom really made a worthy remake, or at least a fine reimagining of the original Resident Evil 2 game from 1998, the one that truly scared me shitless as a kid playing it. Capcom actually did my childhood some justice, and I'm glad. I tried to do something I usually don't do with this piece, I tried to use a certain new shading style here to give the piece a dirty and gritty feel/look. It looks a bit messy, I know, but I'm still experimenting with that style. Plus, it works well here especially with how dark, dirty and grungy the game looks. Also, I accidentally made the remake Claire look like an older version of herself with a slight combination of 'Resident Evil 6' Ada Wong. I realized that halfway through finishing the piece, but I honestly don't think that's a problem since she already looks badass enough here already. This one also took me a while to finish, since my body was slowly breaking down due to a recent heatwave in my country and some minor allergies getting in the way of progress, but I'm satisfied with the final product. And since I've been wanting to do this one since the demo came out last month, as well as since the original game was one of my favorite games on the PS1, it makes this piece even more special for me.
